In a nutshell: The S7330 is a budget version of the Samsung
Soul and is exclusive to the 3 network. It includes the "magical
touch" user interface of the Soul, and a good range of features
including a 3 megapixel camera with autofocus and flash, 3G video
calling, digital music player, FM radio, HSDPA and memory cards
up to 8GB. Available in Black or Pink. Best buy:
£59.99 on PAYG from Three
(Black or Pink, Refurbished).
Review:
March 2009. Last updated April 2010.
The
Samsung S7330 is basically a cut-down version of the Samsung
Soul. The Soul is a great phone, so this is no bad thing.
The
S7330 looks very much like the Soul, and is almost exactly the same
size. The brushed stainless steel finish looks fantastic. It shares
the high quality 16 million colour screen of the Soul, and uses
the same touch navigation panel in addition to the numeric keypad
that slides down. The phone includes a digital music player, a camera
with autofocus and a flash, 3G video calling and an FM radio.
Economies
have been made in the S7330 when compared with the Soul. The first
thing to notice is that the camera has been reduced from 5 to 3
megapixels. The internal memory has been reduced from 100 MB to
30MB, but the S7330 can still accept microSD memory cards up to
8GB. HSDPA is present, but it supports a maximum download speed
of 3.6 Mbps compared with the 7.2 Mbps of the Soul.
Read
our Samsung Soul review to find out
more. We've summarised above what's missing from the S7330. It's
a trade-off of features against price, and the S7330 does include
most of what made the Soul a success. Certainly when you compare
the S7330 against other similarly-priced phones, it holds its own.
A likeable phone, available in a choice of Black or Pink and exclusive
to the 3 network.

The most user UNfriendly phone I have ever used. Still can't work
out how to change the message tone. If you like scrolling through
meaningless features for hours on end then this phone is for you.
The User's Guide is hopeless. Look elsewhere. Rating:

This has got to be the worst phone I've ever had! Previously having
been faithful to Nokia in the past, my subsequent betrayal to Samsung
has been justly rewarded with this heap of awfulness. Avoid like
the plague! Rating:

I've had this phone for about 3 weeks now, and have had nothing
but joy. I love the touch pad and find all of its functions easy
to use. Mine came without games, which is a downer, but that can
be easily fixed. All round good phone. I would recommend it to anyone.

its very stylish and funky i think everything on it is fantastic
just abit tricky wen youve first got it but most phones are like
that until you get used to them, i love all of it and one thing
i found really good was you make your own thmes and change the colour
of the keypad and when dialing you can change the theme very good
i definatly think its a must buy =] Rating:

After getting tired of my 2 iPhones - the first gen and the 3G,
I switched to Samsung Tocco. I wasn't happy about it, so I changed
it to LG Cookie which after 1 day of using, the LCD screen was frozen.
I had to return it and replaced it with Samsung S7330. Since then
I enjoy using this phone with the combination of slide, keypad and
touch screen on the lower part. The design is so handsome and looks
elegant too. I can compare it with the Nokia 8800. The music, using
the Samsung earphone, is amazing; I can hear all the instruments
in the song I've never heard when I was using my iPhone. I cannot
claim that this is the best phone in the world ever, but in my opinion,
this is a very satisfying phone and I'm so happy about it. For that,
I'll give it a 5 star. Rating:

its a nice phone to look at, and i really like the touch pad. however,
it is too basic. anyone who likes to be able to do alot with their
phone shouldnt get this one! i mean, it doesnt even have games!
its good if you would like a basic phone, but if u want one that
does alot more this isnt the phone for yoou Rating:
